Another Texas health care worker tests positive for Ebola


This is just sad!!!!! A second health care worker at the Texas Presbyterian Hospital has tested positive to the Ebola virus, just a few days after nurse Nina Pham tested positive. The health care worker is said to have been on those who attended to late Thomas Duncan, the Liberian who brought Ebola to the U.S

First Ebola Death in Germany


A UN medical worker who got infected with the Ebola virus in West Africa, has died. According to reports from the St. Georg Hospital in Leipzig, Germany he arrived last week for treatment.

"Despite intensive medical measure and maximum efforts by the medical team, the 56-year-old succumbed to the serious infectious disease," the statement said

Local health officials said last week, that the patient was a Sudanese doctor who had arrived in Germany from Liberia on Thursday.

The medic was the third Ebola patient to be treated in Germany

The Leipzig Hospital is one of seven hospitals in Germany with quarantine stations.
